North Deck provides decking and railing installation services, including but not limited to Tufdek vinyl waterproof decking, glass and aluminum railings, composite decking, and wood decking. Any quotes or estimates provided are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, and final project specifications. A formal agreement will confirm the final price and project details.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure materials and schedule installation. The remaining balance is due as outlined in your project agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or additional charges.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees, will be outlined in your signed agreement.

Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranties provided will be specific to the products and services installed and will be outlined in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties may also apply for certain materials.
